Hello, I’m Rosie, a brand designer and brand strategist specialising in property, mixed-use precincts, placemaking and hospitality, with eighteen years’ experience.

Originally from London, I began my career in the UK and have spent the past twelve years in Melbourne, working at the intersection of development, design and place.

Over that time, I’ve worked closely with developers, agencies, business owners, and creative teams to shape meaningful brands that stand out. My role sits between strategy and design, translating vision into clear, compelling positioning, naming and narrative, and carrying that thinking through into identity, design direction and rollout across print, digital and the built environment. I’m particularly interested in how branding can influence the way people experience places, creating work that connects with audiences and delivers commercial results.

Day to day, I help bring clarity to complex projects, aligning stakeholders, defining a strong brand strategy and guiding work from early concept through to delivery across an array of applications. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, from architects and account managers to photographers, designers, 3d artists and more, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, considered and purposeful.

I’m known for pushing beyond the expected, encouraging teams to move past the familiar and create work that is distinctive, enduring and genuinely meaningful. The goal is always to create brands that feel unmistakable, build long-term value and leave a lasting impression.

I’ve worked across agencies, including Hoyne, FutureFood and Assembly Branding, and most recently an in-house role Kokoda Property. This gives me a strong understanding of both the development process and the commercial realities, from early vision through to marketing and sales.

I’m often brought in to:

  • Lead identity design and design direction

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns and brand rollouts
